Professional Summary.

After enjoying 24yrs in the USAF, I'm looking forward to sharing my love of mathematics in retirement.

Throughout my years in the USAF, I've had the pleasure of providing mathematical tutoring services to fellow servicemembers and their children. I've learned math can be intimidating, especially if the problem solving method(s) covered in-class don't "click" with the student. This is where I'm able to assist students in understanding the concepts in a way that works best for the specific student.

My mindset is that learning "math" is "done" after learning addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Everything after that is simply an exercise in logic, applying those mathematical concepts in solving various problems, whether that be Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc.

I look forward to working with you or your student in developing an appreciation for math!
